Billing, Payment and Tax Policy

1. Billing Overview

This Billing, Payment and Tax Policy describes how SinarCloud bills for products, usage, subscriptions, add-ons, support, taxes, and related fees.

2. Pricing and Charges

Pricing may be based on monthly plans, hourly usage, storage consumption, transfer, add-ons, managed services, or custom agreements. The active price is the price shown in the dashboard, invoice, signed order, or service agreement at the time of purchase.

3. Payment Methods

You must keep a valid payment method and accurate billing information on file. By adding a payment method, you authorize SinarCloud to charge fees, taxes, renewals, overages, and outstanding balances.

4. Invoices

Invoices may include recurring charges, usage-based charges, prorations, credits, taxes, and adjustments. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying us promptly of any billing questions.

5. Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable value-added tax, withholding tax, sales tax, duties, levies, or similar charges required by law.

If tax exemption applies, you must provide valid documentation before the invoice is issued.

6. Late Payment

If payment is overdue, SinarCloud may notify billing contacts, retry payment, restrict provisioning, suspend services, or terminate services after reasonable notice.

You remain responsible for charges incurred before suspension or termination.

7. Refunds and Credits

Unless required by law or stated in a specific agreement, fees are non-refundable. Service credits, if applicable, are handled under the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and may be applied only to future invoices.

8. Plan Changes

Upgrades, downgrades, and resource changes may result in prorated charges or credits. Some changes may take effect immediately, while others may apply at the next billing cycle.

9. Billing Contact

Billing questions can be sent to billing@sinarcloud.id. Include your account ID, invoice number, and a clear description of the issue.
