Acceptable Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Policy explains what is not allowed on SinarCloud. It helps protect customers, networks, applications, and the reliability of our platform.
2. Prohibited Activity
You may not use SinarCloud to host, transmit, distribute, or facilitate unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Malware, botnets, credential theft, phishing, or command-and-control systems.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading communications.
- Copyright infringement or distribution of unauthorized content.
- Harassment, threats, hate content, or exploitation.
- Network scanning, brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, or intrusion attempts.
- DDoS attacks, stress testing against third parties, or traffic amplification.
- Cryptocurrency mining without written approval where it harms platform performance or violates resource policies.
3. Platform Integrity
You may not bypass usage limits, interfere with monitoring, abuse trial credits, resell access without authorization, or use SinarCloud in a way that degrades platform performance for other customers.
4. Security Testing
Security testing must be limited to systems you own or are authorized to test. You must not scan, attack, or test SinarCloud infrastructure, other customers, or third-party systems without explicit permission.
5. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the applications, files, databases, and services running under your account. If your system is compromised and used for abuse, you must cooperate promptly to stop the activity.
6. Enforcement
SinarCloud may investigate abuse reports and take action when needed. Actions may include rate limiting, blocking traffic, disabling resources, suspending services, preserving evidence, or terminating accounts.
When possible and safe, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to remediate the issue.
7. Reporting Abuse
Reports of abuse, phishing, spam, malware, or network attacks can be sent to abuse@sinarcloud.id with logs, timestamps, source IPs, destination IPs, URLs, and any relevant evidence.
