These Abliterated Model Terms ("Model Terms") apply when you use an Abliterated Model through the SinarCloud AI API. They form part of the Terms of Service between you and SinarCloud ("we") and add to the Acceptable Use Policy. The Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy continue to apply in full; where these Model Terms are stricter, they prevail. Words defined in the Terms of Service, such as Organization, Balance and Partner, have the same meaning here.

By sending a request to an Abliterated Model, you confirm that you have read and accept these Model Terms.

These Model Terms are published in Indonesian and English. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails.

Key points

• Abliterated Models do not refuse. They will attempt almost any request, and SinarCloud applies no content filter to them (section 1).
• Adults only. You must be 18 or over, and so must anyone you let use them (section 2).

1. What an Abliterated Model is

1.1 An Abliterated Model is an AI model labelled "Abliterated" in the catalogue. Its built-in tendency to refuse requests has been removed or reduced by changing the model itself, a technique known as abliteration.

1.2 Abliteration only removes refusals. It adds no knowledge or capability, and does not make the model more accurate or better at judgement. An Abliterated Model can be as confidently wrong as the model it is based on.

1.3 SinarCloud does not screen requests or apply a content filter to any model, including Abliterated Models (Acceptable Use Policy, section 8.7). An Abliterated Model will therefore produce content that other models would refuse.

2. Who may use them

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Model Terms.

2.2 Your use must be lawful in Indonesia and in every country where you operate or where the outputs are received.

2.3 If you build a product or service on an Abliterated Model, you may offer it only to adults who have accepted terms at least as protective as these Model Terms. You must check your users' age and apply your own moderation before outputs reach them.

3. Allowed uses

3.1 Abliterated Models are intended for uses such as:

• research and evaluation, including research on how models refuse and on AI safety;
• red-teaming and testing your own systems;
• fiction and creative writing that involves no real, identifiable person and stays within section 8.2 of the Acceptable Use Policy;
• building and testing moderation and classification systems;
• internal tools whose outputs a person reviews before they are used.

3.2 SinarCloud judges a use by what it does, not by the purpose you state for it.

4. Prohibited uses

4.1 Everything the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits stays prohibited, in particular sections 3 and 8.2. With an Abliterated Model, you also may not:

• create sexual content involving minors, including fictional, drawn or generated depictions;
• create sexual or intimate content depicting a real person;
• obtain instructions for making weapons capable of mass casualties, explosives, or chemical or biological agents;
• incite or plan violence, terrorism or other harm to people;
• harass, threaten, dox or defame real people;
• create malware, phishing or fraud material, steal credentials, or break into systems without authorization;
• train or distil other models on the outputs where the model publisher's terms forbid it, or resell access to Abliterated Models (Acceptable Use Policy, sections 7.4 and 8.4).

4.2 This list sets a minimum. It does not describe every use SinarCloud may treat as harmful.

5. Your responsibility

5.1 You are the moderation layer. Review outputs before you publish, ship or rely on them.

5.2 Do not use outputs as the only basis for medical, legal, financial, safety or employment decisions, and do not present them as fact without checking them.

5.3 You are responsible for every request sent with your API keys and for every output generated through them. Your indemnity under section 16 of the Terms of Service covers claims arising from your use of Abliterated Models and from the content generated through them.

6. Data and monitoring

6.1 As with every model, SinarCloud does not store the content of your requests or of the responses, and keeps a usage record for each request (Terms of Service, section 8.2). Processing Partners may log, keep or use requests and responses under their own policies. An Abliterated Model may have no ZDR version.

6.2 SinarCloud may keep usage records and account data, and disclose them where the law or a competent authority requires. It cannot provide request or response content that it never stored.

6.3 SinarCloud acts on abuse reports and on flags from its Partners.

7. Suspension and withdrawal

7.1 SinarCloud may block your Organization's access to Abliterated Models, revoke API keys or suspend your account, without prior notice where the case is urgent (Acceptable Use Policy, section 9.2), if:

• you breach these Model Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law;
• your use puts other people, SinarCloud or its customers at risk;
• a Partner or a competent authority requires it;
• your usage shows patterns of automated abuse or resale.

7.2 Enforcement never forfeits money you paid. Your Balance stays available for other Services, and your unused paid Balance is refunded if your account is closed (Acceptable Use Policy, section 9.4).

7.3 You can respond to a measure, or appeal it, within 7 days under section 9.5 of the Acceptable Use Policy.

7.4 SinarCloud may withdraw Abliterated Models from the catalogue at any time (Terms of Service, section 8.9).

8. Risk and liability

8.1 Abliterated Models are provided "as is" and "as available". SinarCloud gives no warranty that their outputs are accurate, lawful, suitable or safe.

8.2 You use Abliterated Models at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, SinarCloud is not liable for loss caused by their outputs or by how you or your users use them. In all other respects, sections 14 and 15 of the Terms of Service apply, including the rights that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these Model Terms

SinarCloud changes these Model Terms in the same way as the Terms of Service (section 18). Material changes are emailed to Owners and shown in the console at least 30 days before they take effect, unless the law or safety requires a change sooner.
